1. Agreement to terms
By accessing grezorea.agency or engaging Grezorea for design, engineering, AI integration, or marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
2. Services
Grezorea provides professional services across four disciplines — design, full-stack development, AI integration & automation, and SEO & digital marketing. The scope, timeline and deliverables of any engagement are defined in a separate signed proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary access credentials, brand assets and accurate information required to deliver the agreed scope of work. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the relevant statement of work. Grezorea retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment terms
Invoices are due per the schedule outlined in the relevant agreement. Late payments may result in pausing of active work until the account is brought current.
6. Limitation of liability
Grezorea's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Grezorea is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
